We understand the Social Climate as the environment generated by the perceptions and relationships created by the mobilised opinion about an organisation expressed on the Internet.

ASOMO is based on monitoring the three key spaces:
Location: the exact points where an organisation (and/or products, service brand) is mentioned on the Internet. Using linkmining and text analysis technology the Landmark Generator determines a growth field: from where something is mentioned now, we can deduce where it might be mentioned in the future.
|
Relationships: the Landmark Generator also allows us to develop a field of potential relationships based on present relationships. The results of text analysis processes are launched onto the Internet, allowing us to gather and monitor new relationships unknown to us at the starting point.
Environments: the environments where a client is perceived are related to the different ways websites are classified. A client can be appear mainly in a geographic web environment (for example Canadian websites), in a vertical portal environment (for example car maintenance websites), or a linguistic web environment (in French, for example). The Environment Generator creates a field of potential environments where we might find the client or related concepts mentioned.
